The City Clerk's Office, located on the second floor of City Hall, is considered the hub of city government.
Major responsibilities include preparation and recording of City Council activity, retention of City documents, reconciling of all accounting and financial activities, satisfaction of state reporting requirements, personnel management, and computer operations.
