Mahantongo St Deck
The Mahantongo Parking Garage is at Second and Mahantongo Sts. At ground level there are 49 eight hour meters. On levels one through five parking at the 227 monthly spaces is by permit only. Monthly parking can be either reserved to an assigned space, or unreserved (first come first served), based on availability. Daily or weekly parking is available at $2.00 per day. Handicapped parking is in the metered area.

Meters are available at a cost of $.25 per ½ hour
$2.00 per day on the roof
$45.00 for unreserved permit
$55.00 for reserved permit
$60.00 for premium permit
Union St Lot
The Union Street Parking Lot, at Union Station, Union and Progress Avenue, is a street level monthly parking lot with limited meter parking and monthly permit parking.
RATES:
Meters are available at a cost of $.25 per ½ hour
$25.00 for unreserved permit
$35.00 for reserved permit
Arch St Lot
The Arch Street Lot, located at North Centre and Arch Streets, there is meter parking as well as monthly parking.

Capitol Parking Deck
The Capitol Parking Garage is at North Progress Ave and Race Street. There are 45 eight hour meters at this garage under roof, and 8 two hour meters on the pan handle section off North Centre St. Additionally, there are 156 monthly spaces at this garage by permit only. Monthly parking can be either reserved to an assigned space or unreserved (first come first served).
